About Us

We're Ericka and Kristine, and we've been friends for over 30 years. We initially met when we both worked at Neiman Marcus on the Magnificent Mile in Chicago back in the day. Ericka moved to NYC first, to Manhattan, of course, and a few months later, Kristine followed suit with a job in Brooklyn. We've supported each other through the ups and downs of dating, marriages, and children. As serial entrepreneurs, we've started and closed businesses, only to launch new ones again. Our shared love for fashion, food, and travel has only deepened our friendship and travel experiences. One of us resides in the Hudson Valley, while the other is in the suburbs of Chicago, but we still make time for video chats and, when we're fortunate, short vacation trips in the US and abroad. This photo captures us in Mexico City, enjoying our first morning at a café near our vacation apartment. It was during this trip, and the numerous women who reached out to us about our itinerary and experiences, that inspired us to create this website dedicated to friendship and travel for women, especially those over 50.
